Common questions
How do I cancel an appointment?
Open the booking and choose cancel. Each professional sets their own cancellation window, and it is shown before you book. Cancelling inside that window may incur the fee the professional has published.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the professional who provided or was going to provide the service, under the policy shown at the time of booking. Contact them through the booking first. If you cannot reach them, write to us and we will help you get an answer.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from inside the app, in your profile. Deleting removes your personal information. Records of completed transactions are retained where the law requires it. See the Privacy Policy.
I am a salon professional. How do I join?
Email us at hello@readysetbookapp.com and tell us where you work and what you do. We are onboarding professionals ahead of launch.
Something looks wrong with a charge.
Payments run through Stripe. Email us with the date and the amount and we will trace it with you.
